Regular orders will be prioritized based on their submission dates. All orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
Standing Orders (Ordenes Fijas)
Establishing a standing order is the most cost effective and proactive method of ensuring your product is always available. A standing order allows us to establish a consistent and timely schedule – your products are delivered on a set date based on a customized delivery schedule.
New standing orders or changes to existing ones must be requested at least a week in advance. In emergency situations we will do everything in our power to help you and to ensure you receive your shipment.
Terms, Payment and Product returns
Every new customer must pay COD until a credit line is established with Catachem LA. To establish a credit line customers must complete and return a credit application for review/evaluation pending approval. Standard terms for clinical & industrial laboratories and veterinary laboratories are NET 30 whereas hospital credit lines receive NET 60 terms.

Product returns are accepted due to damages, contaminated products, and shipment or order errors. We must be notified within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Please contact our offices as soon as possible so we may arrange for a product pick-up next time we are in your area. Please have your purchase order or invoice and product to be returned ready when requesting a product return.
